This course equips students with current trends in ICT and equips them with knowledge, skills and attitudes to manage patients’ medical records. Students also explore many other subjects, including database management, electronic health records, and ethical and legal issues related to health information management.
The student will also gains an understanding of the principles of health information management and the complexity of the healthcare systems, both in private and public sectors of the economy.

KCSE Mean Grade C (Plain) with C in English/Kiswahili, C- in Mathematics, C- in Biology/Biological science and C- in any one of the following (Physics/ Physical sciences, Chemistry, General science, Computer studies.
